Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, workflow automation, low-code platforms)
- Develop AI use cases (agent assist, copilots, QA automation, document intelligence)
- Build prototypes and production-ready automation solutions
- Identify automation and AI opportunities across business processes
- Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI analysis
- Prioritize automation pipeline in collaboration with business teams
- Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes for automation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Deploy and maintain automation solutions
- Monitor performance, stability, and adoption
- Continuously optimize existing automation assets
- Ensure compliance with AI governance standards
- Apply responsible AI principles
Requirements
- Experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills
- Understanding of process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation and AI solutions
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity for emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience in Intelligent Automation, AI, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement
- Experience with workflow automation platforms
- Experience applying Generative AI tools to business processes
- Lean certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
