Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, release automation, testing infrastructure, deployment systems, and production readiness standards
- Drive a continuous simplification agenda by leading regular systems migrations
- Build quality scorecards and leaderboards for production systems across Coinbase
- Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infrastructure leadership
- Deepen understanding of internal customer needs by analyzing usage patterns and gathering feedback
- Shape the integration of emerging technologies, including AI-powered testing, validation, and deployment capabilities
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in developer infrastructure, developer productivity, engineering platforms, or internal tools
- Deep domain expertise across the code lifecycle: CI/CD, build systems, testing infrastructure, release automation, deployment pipelines, and production readiness, with fluency in DORA metrics
- Track record of defining and executing multi-year platform strategies
- Experience building products where engineers are the primary customer
- Proven ability to articulate complex infrastructure strategy to senior and executive leadership
Conditions

- Annual base salary range: $243,865 — $286,900 USD (excluding equity and bonus)
