Responsibilities
- Design and build automated marketing workflows using no-code and low-code platforms
- Integrate marketing platforms, AI content tools, and third-party services via APIs and webhooks
- Work with AI models and generative AI platforms to build structured, repeatable workflows
- Call LLM APIs to trigger AI reasoning within workflows
- Gather requirements from marketing teams and translate them into workflow specifications
- Own the reliability and maintainability of the workflows you build
- Evaluate new tools and integration patterns
- Collaborate with operations, regional marketing, content, and demand generation teams
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology engineering, or a closely adjacent technical role
- Hands-on experience building multi-step workflows using no-code or low-code platforms such as Workfront Fusion, Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Practical experience working with APIs and webhooks
- Experience connecting marketing platforms (Workfront, Marketo, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Experience working with at least one AI model or generative AI platform
- Experience calling LLM APIs
- Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written documentation habits
- Experience working across globally distributed teams
- Preferred experience with Workfront, Zapier, Marketo, Adobe Fusion, Google Suite
- Bonus: Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or Python
