About the project
You'll be testing a range of web projects in an environment with frequent releases. The work is varied — different projects and layouts — so there's always something new to dig into.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and turn them into clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports
- Perform manual functional testing of web pages — forms, redirects, navigation, and page behavior across browsers and devices
- Verify correct handling of redirects, query parameters, cookies, and data passed between pages
- Test and validate the requests behind the pages (REST APIs, tracking and analytics calls) using dev tools and Postman
- Validate data end-to-end (UI → API → database)
- Investigate issues independently, reproduce them, and identify root causes
- Work closely with developers and product to clarify requirements and confirm fixes
Requirements
- 2+ years in software QA, with strong hands-on manual web testing
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture and how the web works — HTTP requests, headers, status codes, cookies, local storage, redirects, query parameters
- Confident with browser developer tools (Network, Console, Application, Elements)
- REST API testing with tools like Postman: analyzing requests and responses, payloads, headers, status codes
- Basic-to-intermediate SQL for validating data in databases, including JOINs across tables
- Experience with bug-tracking and project-management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Good grasp of the SDLC and QA processes
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate), written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation using Python, pytest, and Selenium
