Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and technology leaders to audit and optimize recruitment workflows
- Act as a trusted consultant to technology leadership
- Own end-to-end recruitment for critical positions including senior ICs and leadership roles from Manager through Director
- Coach and uplift peers on structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and ATS hygiene
- Leverage recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and forecast hiring output
- Proactively source and build diverse talent slates
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on in-house technical recruiting
- Track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
- Executive presence and ability to push back on senior leaders
- Deep familiarity with technical roles, leveling, and interview processes
- Expertise with ATS tools such as Greenhouse or Lever and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Gem
- High remote autonomy
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level recruiters
