The Accounting team supports accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Own preparation, review, and filing of SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1, plus quarterly investor materials.
Build and drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and flag timeline risks.
Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package.
Own the disclosure checklist and XBRL review process, improving disclosure quality and consistency.
Improve the SEC reporting process through automation and standardization.
Prepare or review journal entries, reconciliations, equity rollforward, EPS calculations, and schedules for stock-based compensation and stock repurchases.
Ensure compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP, research technical accounting issues, lead implementation of new pronouncements.
Maintain SOX requirements and lead special projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
CPA licensure or active pursuit preferred.
Experience owning SEC reporting deliverables (10-K, 10-Q) in a public company or public accounting environment.
Track record of improving disclosures and reporting processes.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite preferred.
