SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence: Colossus supercomputers, Grok models, and applications including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and scale the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program.
Lead automation of compliance workflows and build self-serve tools to enable GTM teams.
Automate evidence gathering and continuous control testing.
Own relationships with audit firms and customers, explaining the security and AI governance program.
Conduct security compliance reviews for new products, features, and vendors.
Support Legal in contract negotiations on security and AI governance terms.
Support incident response communications and draft customer-facing updates.
Build self-serve documentation and tools for customer security and AI governance inquiries.
Maintain corporate security policies.
Requirements
Experience with GRC frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and AIUC-1.
Ability to trace external claims back to actual product and infrastructure configuration, using coding agents.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Legal, GTM, Trust & Safety, auditors, and regulators.
