Ziina is building a product with a strong foundation and is looking for a Product Designer to help build engaging new features.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design of complex product surfaces, from problem framing and research synthesis to pixel-perfect specs and post-launch iteration.
Work closely with product, engineering, and data to define what gets built and why.
Translate ambiguous, multi-constraint problems (compliance, UX, business model) into clear, elegant flows.
Build and maintain an interaction vocabulary that scales: patterns, components, and decision logic.
Raise the bar on design quality through critique, documentation, and shipping work.
Be a voice for the user in roadmap conversations, synthesizing research, behavioral data, and instincts.
Requirements
4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio on complex, multi-state mobile flows (ideally fintech, consumer apps, or high-usage transactional products).
Systems thinking: design the logic that connects screens, not just screens.
Can move between strategy and craft; comfortable in whiteboard sessions and in Figma.
Write clearly and think analytically; articulate design decisions.
Treat research as a design tool, not a separate phase.
Working relationship with AI tools to compress execution time and stress-test ideas.
Obsessive about details users notice but can't name: timing, affordance, feedback, trust signals in payments.
High integrity and team-first mindset.
Based in, or open to relocating to, the UAE.

Sensitivity to visual craft: composition, typography, spatial hierarchy, layout.
Eye for interaction quality: motion, micro-interactions, polish.
Fluency in information architecture and navigation design at scale.
Track record of shaping product direction, not just executing it.
