Responsibilities
- Analyze payment partner commercials
- Validate strategic deals and own invoice reconciliation
- Run financial analysis and data-driven insights
- Drive business case development for new fintech initiatives
- Perform monthly reconciliation of fintech partner commercials (PSPs, Payment schemes, etc.) on a timely basis
- Validate partner invoices against contractual terms and transaction-level data
- Ensure reconciliation data pipelines remain accurate and complete by coordinating with BI and external partners
- Be the trusted owner of reconciliation controls, maintaining clear documentation and partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth audit walkthroughs each cycle
- Maintain documentation trails and process controls in accordance with Finance governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in: Consulting (Big4 preferred), Corporate Finance, Fintech / Payments, Commercial Finance or Deal Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills: financial modeling proficiency required
- Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills
- Detail-oriented with strong internal control awareness
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Preferred: Experience in payment ecosystem (PSPs, Payment schemes, etc.)
- Preferred: Exposure to SQL or data querying tools
- Preferred: Experience building structured business cases for senior stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Knowledge of OTA business models (Merchant, Agency, Commission-based etc.)
