Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product designers, analysts, product managers and engineers to identify impactful ways to improve the business account for customers
- Identifying opportunities to drive awareness and adoption of key account features
- Exploring how AI and other emerging technologies can support business customers to get set up, and make the most of their accounts
- Influencing your team, increasing customer-centeredness, and improving content quality
- Getting to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
- Own content projects from end-to-end
- Shape the experience of using the Wise business account
- Elevate content quality — defining what good looks like in your team and squad
Requirements
- Senior level Content Designer with experience of shipping high-quality, impactful consumer products
- Portfolio that shows a range of content design experience — from information architecture, to delightful UX copy
- Influential, take initiative, able to work with others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with
