Responsibilities

• Compare work across sites and teams to identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and make recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
• Influence outcomes by applying structured thinking, sound judgment, and a close partnership with subject matter experts.
• Ensure operational practices are clearly defined, well understood, and ready to scale.
• Leverage modern tooling, including AI and LLM-based workflows, to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and enablement, with final outputs validated through real-world operational expertise.
• Support physical security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness through procedural documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines where documentation is the appropriate enablement mechanism.
• Support onboarding and training programs by contributing accurate operational content and education materials.
• Identify and support other enablement approaches, including training sessions or knowledge-sharing programs, as appropriate.
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvements.
• Ensure operational practices and enablement materials support safety, physical security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Analytical and Attentive: Pays attention to detail and recognizes nuance while maintaining focus on the big picture.
• Collaborative Partner: Ability to work with SMEs to extract, clarify, and document complex technical processes.
• Systems-Oriented: Experience with documentation frameworks, version control, and content management systems.
• Detail-Focused: Understanding of compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational documentation.
• Experienced Writer: 3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments.
• Process Documentation Specialist: Strong track record creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams.
