• Building a new iGaming solution from the ground up, with long-term vision of B2B white-label

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy, system architecture, and development roadmap with the founder
• Determine build-versus-buy decisions and evaluate third-party providers
• Design, build, and integrate core backend components of an online casino platform
• Implement integrations with gaming providers (sessions, bets, bonuses, winnings, cancellations, refunds)
• Develop reliable deposit and withdrawal flows with accurate balance management
• Establish transactional processing mechanisms (duplicates, concurrency, reversals, reconciliation)
• Design platform for future white-label capabilities
• Design and maintain API integrations, webhooks, relational databases, asynchronous workflows
• Implement testing, monitoring, logging, documentation, and deployment practices
• Diagnose production incidents and coordinate resolution with external providers
• Lead delivery of an initial validated platform version (~60 days)

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in iGaming, particularly online casino platforms
• Experience launching or evolving the backend of an online casino in production
• Experience integrating gaming providers and related workflows
• Strong experience with transactional wallets, balance management, payment integrations
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, relational databases, database transactions, asynchronous processing, automated testing, application security
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents and integration failures
• Strong architectural judgment and build-versus-buy evaluation skills
• Hands-on leadership style
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills around transaction integrity and reconciliation
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate technical trade-offs
