P2P Strategy & Operating Model: Define and execute the global P2P strategy, build transformation roadmap, establish governance framework, serve as executive voice.
End-to-End P2P Automation: Own automation agenda from intake to payment, lead design and deployment of automated workflows, partner with Finance Technology and IT.
AI-Driven Workflow Orchestration: Champion deployment of AI/ML capabilities, define use cases and success metrics, partner with data and engineering teams.
Real-Time Spend Visibility & Financial Controls: Build real-time spend management framework, design and enforce financial controls, own P2P compliance and risk management.
Global Process Standardization: Lead standardization across global regions, build global P2P playbook, partner with regional teams.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing global P2P team, define optimal team structure, build cross-functional relationships.
What we look for
Required: 15+ years of progressive experience in procure-to-pay, procurement operations, or shared services, with at least 3–5 years in senior leadership.
Proven track record designing and executing P2P transformation programs at global scale.
Deep functional expertise across procurement operations and accounts payable.
Hands-on experience with enterprise P2P platforms and ERP systems (Zip, Coupa, Ariba, Concur, Emburse).
