Responsibilities

• Plan and execute generative and evaluative research: customer interviews, contextual inquiries, usability tests, concept testing, surveys
• Collaborate with product management, customer success, and support to recruit research participants
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into personas, journey maps, opportunity assessments, research summaries
• Measure design effectiveness through usability metrics, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback
• Build and manage a centralized research repository
• Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders and customers
• Define problem statements and create wireframes, user flows, interaction storyboards, information architectures
• Create high-quality visual designs and interactive prototypes in Figma following design systems and brand guidelines
• Refine designs based on research, stakeholder input, usability testing, and technical constraints
• Contribute to shared component libraries, design patterns, and documentation
• Partner with engineering throughout implementation
• Estimate workloads and help prioritize design activities
• Explore AI-powered and agentic user experiences and incorporate AI tools into workflows

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience across UX research and product design, ideally in enterprise software or B2B SaaS
• Portfolio showcasing both research and design capabilities with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on qualitative methods: user interviews, usability testing, needs analysis; familiarity with quantitative methods, surveys, product analytics
• Proficiency in personas, user scenarios, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, interaction designs, interactive prototypes
• Proficiency in Figma and Claude; ability to use AI tools in research and design
• Experience simplifying complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers across the product lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, and front-end constraints
• Ability to interpret research findings, behavioral data, and customer feedback
