• Drive excellence in the operations and systems that support inbound and outbound sales, digital marketing channels, and in-person events.
• Partner with Demand Generation Systems to build, buy, improve, and support the technology for digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure accurate lead routing and progress.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing marketing operations team.

Требования

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or revenue operations.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to diagnose operational problems.
