About the company
  • Squarespace is a design-driven platform helping entrepreneurs build brands and businesses online, and one of the world's largest domain providers.
Responsibilities
  • Own the monetization product roadmap across Premium domains, aftermarket sales and auctions, and domain expiry.
  • Partner with Commercial to translate pricing, packaging, promotions, and commercial programs into product requirements and experiments.
  • Identify and develop new monetization opportunities using customer insights and data.
  • Lead product development end to end with Design and Engineering.
  • Define success metrics and build instrumentation to measure impact.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong analytical skills: revenue drivers, unit economics, conversion, LTV, retention.
  • Experience with pricing, experimentation, marketplace dynamics, or commercial product problems.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business objectives into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Commercial, Growth, Design, and Engineering.
Conditions
  • Option to work from NYC headquarters or remotely within the U.S.
  • Cash compensation range: $140,500 - $247,250 USD, plus equity eligibility.
