• Be the bridge between network participants and the core engineering team.
• Triage and resolve technical issues: connectivity, configuration, sync, transactions.
• Collect logs, reproduce bugs, write quality bug reports.
• Improve documentation and automate recurring support workflows.
• Participate in releases and post-release monitoring.
