About the role

• Support recruitment across the organization, with a focus on Banking, FinTech, and Technology sectors
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers, supporting full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical roles
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia, this hybrid position is suited to an early-career recruitment professional

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical functions, from intake through offer
• Execute sourcing plans leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal talent pools
• Conduct initial candidate evaluations, including resume review and screening calls
• Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communication, and process milestones
• Compile recruiting data including time-to-fill and source effectiveness
• Stay current on hiring trends within Banking, FinTech, and Technology ecosystems
• Ensure recruitment activities adhere to internal policies and local labor regulations
• Represent Sezzle at job fairs, university events, and networking activities
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, in-house or within an agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines and interview logistics across concurrent requisitions
• Working proficiency with applicant tracking systems
• Foundational sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn, job boards, and search methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia, with the ability to work hybrid
• Proficiency with AI tools applied to recruitment

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in an in-house talent acquisition function or at a recruitment agency
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system
• Experience supporting hiring processes across Latin America and North America
• Exposure to hiring in Banking, FinTech, or Technology
