Responsibilities
- Contribute to the financial planning process, including annual operating plan development, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting across Sales headcount and Opex.
- Connect the dots across a complex organization and a multi-source P&L - acting as the financial hub between regional teams, Accounting, and Procurement, and translating that complexity into a clean picture senior leadership can act on.
- Develop executive-ready financial analysis and commentary, communicating key insights and risks to senior GTM Finance leadership and Sales Leadership - this team's outputs reach the highest levels of the organization.
- Build and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks that enable the Sales organization to manage its business with greater clarity and precision.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and tool-enabled workflows, to improve forecast accuracy and reduce planning cycle time.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- A passion for highly analytical work, with rigorous attention to detail and genuine intellectual curiosity.
- Strong communication skills, able to distill complex financial analysis into crisp, executive-level messaging, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in SaaS FP&A, equity research, investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable background that builds fluency in both financial and operational metrics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
