OpenAI’s Infrastructure Operations team is responsible for the availability, reliability, and operational excellence of one of the world’s largest AI infrastructure networks.

- Own the operational health, availability, and reliability of production AI network infrastructure
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents
- Operate and maintain large-scale Ethernet fabrics
- Manage the hardware lifecycle
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience operating large-scale data center, cloud, AI, or HPC network infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Cisco NX-OS, Arista EOS, or similar platforms
Условия
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
