Responsibilities

• Conduct classification reviews and maintain document accountability databases.
• Implement Top Secret control procedures for accountable materials.
• Process classified mail, courier packages, and destroy classified materials.
• Maintain visitor logs, escort visitors, and conduct entry and exit inspections.
• Maintain personnel access databases and personnel security files.
• Prepare and review Program Access Requests (PARs).
• Execute SAP nomination questionnaires and conduct DCII, JPAS, and SAPNP reviews.
• Maintain records in the Air Force Access Data System (AFADS) and conduct security indoctrinations.
• Support security awareness programs and compliance inspections.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and quality assurance to team members.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of related professional experience, with at least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required, with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with classified document accountability, personnel security, SAP access procedures, and facility access controls.
• Strong recordkeeping, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with government personnel and internal stakeholders.

Conditions

• Salary range: $108,000–$117,000 annually.
• Full-time employment.
• Remote within the United States.
