About the company
Scopely is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst / Finance Manager to join Product Finance in support of the LIVE Games Portfolio — a group of live-operated, top-grossing mobile games. This is a senior, high-visibility role operating as a true finance business partner.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for titles within the LIVE Games Portfolio, presenting directly to senior game and finance leadership
- Serve as the primary finance point of contact for cross-functional partners — game GMs, UA, Data/BI, Accounting
- Identify opportunities and lead process improvement and automation projects — forecasting model redesigns, KPI dashboard builds, reporting infrastructure
- Work across Scopely's live games portfolio, collaborating daily with teams across the US, EMEA, and beyond
- Contribute to the automation of reporting and the build-out of predictive, self-serve tools as part of an AI-powered FP&A team
Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strong analytical roles, ideally with exposure to gaming, mobile apps, subscription, or consumer tech business models
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex revenue, UA, and cost models
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across functions, build consensus, and influence decisions without direct authority
- A track record of scoping and driving cross-functional projects to completion
- Strong understanding of KPIs that drive live-service/mobile games businesses (DAU/MAU, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, retention)
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and financial planning systems (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning); SQL is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
