Responsibilities
- Ensure ICEYE facilities attain and maintain appropriate security classifications.
- Maintain classified asset protection, prevent and contain insider and external threats.
- Handle security incidents decisively: report, investigate, and resolve in coordination with internal & external stakeholders, applying lessons learned to drive improvements.
- Ensure staff understand and meet their security responsibilities, handling classified information correctly and complying with personnel security obligations.
- Manage and coordinate security vendors.
- Own security projects end to end, from scoping and budget through implementation and handover.
- Help scale security practices across new and international sites as ICEYE grows.
- Build organization-wide security awareness so staff understand their responsibilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of facility security experience in an international, multi-site environment.
- Experience in a high-pace environment, building and scaling security processes.
- Track record of end-to-end project ownership, from concept and budget through implementation and handover.
- Experience working with security vendors such as guard force management.
- Hands-on experience with access control, surveillance and intrusion detection systems.
- Proven capability in personnel security, project management, security systems design as well as documentation.
