This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the enterprise sales process.
- Work directly with technical stakeholders at prospective and existing customers to understand their challenges and architect effective solutions.
- Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase product capabilities, use cases, and business value.
- Develop technical enablement materials, resources, and best practices.
- Build self-service tools, documentation, and implementation resources.
- Identify recurring integration patterns, customer requirements, and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn validated customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
- Travel regularly to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical challenges.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to architect integrations between AI solutions and existing systems.
- Proficiency in Python, combined with a solid understanding of software development, software architecture, APIs, and common integration patterns.
- Ability to recognize recurring customer needs and translate them into standardized, scalable solutions.
- Strong customer empathy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
- Ability to work remotely from Romania.
