About the role
I am looking for a Payments Officer to manage the lifecycle of funds in a high-velocity Forex environment. You will ensure capital moves seamlessly and securely, handling everything from deposits to complex multi-currency withdrawals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years back-office, payments, or treasury experience (FX/Fintech)
- Expert in Google Workspace (complex formulas, Apps Script, Sheets)
- Solid understanding of FX mechanics (rolling spots, margins, rates) & Crypto
- High precision and agility under strict cutoff times
Responsibilities
- Manage daily deposits and withdrawals (Wire, SEPA, Cards, E-wallets)
- Perform daily bank and PSP reconciliations & resolve stuck payments
- Monitor PSP success rates, analyze KPIs, and automate workflows
