Responsibilities
- Represent and support the global digital pathology product portfolio, ensuring its value proposition and strategic direction are clearly communicated across markets.
- Define and execute innovative global marketing approaches designed to generate leads, accelerate pipeline development, and support revenue growth.
- Contribute to product strategy and development throughout the product lifecycle, helping identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and market differentiation.
- Drive the global expansion of image management software and AI capabilities, including the identification and development of strategic AI partnerships.
- Lead product launches, training programs, trade shows, and other commercial initiatives supporting global adoption.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to understand country-specific requirements and align product and marketing activities with growth and revenue objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing programs and tactics in alignment with the broader global marketing strategy.
- Build effective communication and collaboration across sales, customer service, technical service, and other internal stakeholder groups.
- Participate in regional pipeline reviews and business reviews, using market insights and commercial data to inform priorities.
- Identify emerging global market opportunities and help translate them into actionable product and commercial strategies.
- Operate effectively within a global, matrixed, and cross-functional environment, aligning diverse stakeholders behind shared objectives.
- Lead with an execution-focused mindset while continuously seeking opportunities to improve products, processes, partnerships, and market impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 10+ years of experience in clinical software or product management, with substantial experience in product management or product marketing for clinical software.
- Demonstrated success developing and leading marketing programs and aligning cross-functional organizations around strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market development, commercial strategy, and customer needs within healthcare or clinical technology.
- Experience working in a global organization is highly preferred, including the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and cultures.
- Sales experience within the life sciences or clinical software industry is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment, with the ability to identify new market opportunities and translate them into growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across sales, marketing, product, technical, and customer-facing teams.
- A growth mindset, high energy, continuous-learning orientation, and commitment to inclusive collaboration are essential for success.
- Willingness and ability to support global activities such as product launches, training, trade shows, and regional business reviews.
Conditions
- Competitive salary: Hiring range of $130,000–$170,000 USD, with final compensation determined by skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment requirements.
