  • Coordinate community service events from planning through completion and assist with regulatory examination preparation.
  • Support special projects and other compliance initiatives as assigned by CRA and Fair Lending leadership.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, interpret, and communicate significant amounts of information accurately.
  • Knowledge or professional experience in the CRA, Fair Lending, banking, or broader financial services environment is advantageous.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based research and navigation.
  • Excellent organizational and project-tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and reporting requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and operational teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance.

  • Applicants must be prepared to work on site; this position is not remote.
  • A recent resume must be submitted with the application.
Conditions
  • Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure, certifications, and location.
  • Full-time employment within a professional banking and compliance environment.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in CRA, Fair Lending, regulatory reporting, data analysis, and banking compliance.
  • Exposure to cross-functional projects involving lending, operations, compliance, and community development.
