This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle EBS Business Analyst based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, configurations, and Oracle EBS initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and design solutions that leverage Oracle E-Business Suite capabilities.
- Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules and functionality to meet business needs, supporting projects from solution design through production deployment.
- Develop test plans, scripts, and test cases, perform functional testing, and support users throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing functional support to end users by troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, identifying solutions, and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring requirements, system capabilities, and proposed solutions are clearly communicated.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and system utilization through Oracle EBS.
- Develop functional, technical, and user documentation and provide training to support the adoption of new features and system functionality.
- Apply expertise in commercial treasury, cash management, accounting, and LOA configuration to support complex financial business processes.
- Contribute to application enablement initiatives, project activities, and cross-functional efforts that improve the overall effectiveness of enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Active security clearance or Public Trust eligibility based on the sponsoring organization.
- Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant professional experience; directly related postgraduate study may substitute for experience at a rate of three credit hours for three months of experience, up to 36 credit hours.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, including Oracle EBS R12.2 and relevant modules such as Finance and Procurement.
- Demonstrated commercial treasury and cash management implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of accounting processes, particularly Line of Accounting (LOA) configuration and federal financial environments.
- Strong Oracle EBS core financial accounting knowledge and experience translating complex business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, functional testing, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
- Oracle certifications, including OCP for EBS R12, are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud development, Oracle APEX, and project costing is desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work remotely while supporting a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by the role.
- Ability to satisfy applicable background investigation and employment eligibility requirements.

Conditions
- Competitive salary range of $96,400–$150,000 USD, depending on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and applicable contract labor categories.
