Responsibilities
- Develop financial dashboards and reporting: build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards that help stakeholders understand financial and business performance
- Translate business questions into insights: partner with internal stakeholders to deliver self-service reporting and actionable analysis across ARR, paying customer accounts, retention, subscriptions, and customer cohorts
- Strengthen financial data foundations: contribute to reliable data models supporting evolving pricing strategies, new product lines, and changing business models
- Support financial reporting cycles: assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting by investigating variances and explaining changes
- Automate analytical workflows: use AI tools and automation to reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve spreadsheet-based processes
- Improve data quality and governance: collaborate with Analytics Engineering to productionize reporting sources, validate data, resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate across departments: present findings and work with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Data Analytics teams
- Promote continuous improvement: refine dashboards, optimize analytical processes, introduce scalable approaches
Requirements
- Analytics experience in data analytics or a related analytical role
- Strong SQL proficiency: joins, CTEs, window functions, analyzing large datasets
- Data modeling knowledge: fact and dimension tables, star schemas
- Business and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Financial and SaaS analytics experience is an advantage (ARR, subscriptions, retention, billing, customer cohorts)
- Familiarity with BI and AI tools such as Hex, Claude Code, Cursor
- Exposure to dbt and enterprise data sources such as Salesforce, Stripe, or NetSuite is an advantage
- Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
- Clear communication and adaptability
- Willingness to use AI responsibly
Conditions
- Competitive US base salary: $95,000–$133,000 USD annually
