- The IT Studio removes the friction of work, unblocking Spotifiers anywhere, anytime, with simplicity and safety.
Обязанности
- Own the AV experience across EMEA, including meeting rooms, boardrooms, common areas, labs, lounges, and digital signage.
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality AV support for executive and VIP meetings.
- Design, document, deliver, and maintain AV solutions and technical standards in partnership with the global AV team.
- Lead AV initiatives and projects with internal partners and external vendors.
- Act as an escalation point for complex AV issues.
- Monitor AV infrastructure and performance.
- Deploy and support AI-powered capabilities across meeting rooms and video conferencing.
- Maintain AV asset information, contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
Требования
- 3+ years of AV experience.
- Understanding of hardware behind sophisticated AV systems, including DSP, control processors, amplifiers.
- Experience using platforms such as Crestron, Q-SYS, and Dante.
- Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and monitoring video conferencing systems such as Google Meet hardware and Zoom Rooms.
- Experience supporting senior executives or VIPs.
- Understanding of IT and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with multicast, QoS, and clocking.
- Experience using ticketing or work-management systems such as Jira.
Условия
- Based in Stockholm.
- Flexibility to work from home, with 4-5 days per week in office.
