Roblox is building AI for creation. The mission of the Foundation AI team is to put generative AI in the hands of millions of creators. They shipped their first 3D foundation model that turns text prompts into production-ready 3D objects, and are pushing into multi-modal input and 4D interactive worlds.
Responsibilities
- Own the positioning and messaging for Foundation AI products and turn technical capability into narratives that earn trust and drive action with creators.
- Use the tools you are marketing.
- Stay ahead of the AI landscape and develop a point of view on where Roblox sits.
- Thread individual launches into a larger arc.
- Move fast and bring people with you.
- Close the loop between market and product.
- Think beyond launch day to drive adoption and sustained education.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Marketing experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record in developer tools, AI products, or technical platforms.
- Genuine curiosity about AI.
- Narrative instinct.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Comms, Legal, DevRel, and Creative.
- Deep creator empathy and a collaborative nature.
Conditions
- Based in San Mateo, CA Headquarters on a hybrid model, in-person three days a week.
- Reports into the Director of Creator Product Marketing.
- Annual Salary Range: $263,710 - $300,940 USD.
- Eligible for equity compensation and benefits.
