Procurement Category Manager

• Own end-to-end Marketing sourcing: supplier market mapping, RFx execution, negotiation, and contract award for high-value projects.
• Develop category strategies for different marketing categories, in alignment with the business’ goals.
• Create, align and execute a sourcing roadmap with key stakeholders in the HQ and the regional markets to deliver P&L savings and overall procurement value.
• Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio across HelloFresh’s markets.
• Cultivate and manage close relationships with (senior) business partners within Marketing to support their objectives and the company growth agenda.
• Lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools.

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in Marketing procurement or in Marketing with a commercial focus.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and drive to working independently.
• Proven track record of taking ownership: identifying problems early and driving resolution independently, without waiting to be directed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports for senior audience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners at different levels.
• Able to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent Business English.
