Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with federal customers to understand operational requirements and develop mission-aligned solutions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute proof-of-concept projects, field trials, and technical evaluations
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations including equipment setup, system operation, and troubleshooting
• Lead system validation and customer implementation activities
• Serve as technical subject matter expert on federal contracting requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, RFI responses, and RFP proposals
• Translate operational feedback into product specifications and roadmap recommendations
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams
• Support field deployments and technical engagements, travel up to 50%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship required
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of DoW and federal UAV systems, sensors, and data analysis platforms
• Experience with secure, government-compliant data storage and analysis
• Technical foundation in UAV systems, radio communications, software development, cybersecurity, prototyping, electronics rework, or networking
• Familiarity with federal technology acquisition processes and government contracting
• Excellent written communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Prior military or federal UAS experience desirable
• Experience with EW, GPS-denied operations, RF systems, data links, mesh networking, counter-UAS, TAK preferred
