About the company
- Position listed on behalf of a partner company managing applications
- Role based in the United States, fully remote
Responsibilities
- Lead integration project delivery from kickoff through launch
- Manage client discovery and requirements gathering
- Review statements of work (SOWs) to understand deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timelines
- Develop technical documentation: data maps, system architecture diagrams, integration specifications, developer-ready tasks
- Design integration architecture: data transformations, automation workflows, triggers, error-handling
- Ensure integration stability across system changes, data volume, performance, cross-platform dependencies
- Coordinate development handoffs into well-defined tasks
- Provide ongoing technical oversight during implementation
- Validate technical deliverables against documented requirements
- Identify and manage project risks
- Support pre-sales and solution design, assess technical feasibility
- Develop reliable effort estimates
- Review proposals and commercial commitments
- Advise on technical trade-offs
- Improve estimation and delivery processes
- Support integration expertise and accreditation
Requirements
- 3–5 years in solutions architecture, business analysis, technical delivery, integration consulting or related
- Technical scoping expertise: evaluating requirements, estimating effort, identifying dependencies
- Systems integration experience outside HubSpot ecosystem (ERP, ticketing, e-commerce, field service)
- Experience reading SOWs and translating business needs into developer-ready specifications
- Data mapping and architecture: data maps, system diagrams
- Solid understanding of data flows, system dependencies, integration architecture
