Our partner is looking for a Manager, AI & Systems Orchestration based in Canada. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity focused on bringing autonomous AI systems into the heart of go-to-market operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of autonomous AI agents, including designing, building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and continuously optimizing Salesforce Agentforce workflows.
- Develop AI-driven agent flows that automate GTM processes, increase operational efficiency, and improve customer experiences.
- Define and implement data strategies across Data360 and Snowflake to create high-fidelity Unified Customer Profiles that provide real-time context for AI agents.
- Design sophisticated prompts, system logic, dynamic routing, and non-linear workflows that improve agent performance and response quality.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, agent boundaries, guardrails, and programmatic circuit breakers to support security, compliance, and brand standards.
- Pressure-test autonomous systems against adversarial prompts, edge cases, hallucination risks, and failure scenarios before production deployment.
- Oversee APIs, integrations, and data synchronization between customer data platforms and GTM systems to ensure agents have accurate and timely context.
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success leadership to identify processes that can be transformed from manual or linear workflows into autonomous systems.
- Translate complex business challenges and operational friction into practical AI solutions with measurable business value.
- Drive continuous innovation in AI orchestration, systems architecture, data integration, and automation practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, technology orchestration, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing autonomous AI agents in an enterprise environment; Salesforce Agentforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, dynamic routing, and error-handling for non-linear workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Snowflake, Salesforce Data360, and Agentforce.
- Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and synchronization between enterprise systems.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable, AI-powered technology solutions.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on implementation, experimentation, testing, and optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities, with high intellectual curiosity for emerging AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical leaders.
- Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI, automation, or systems certifications is preferred.
Conditions
- Competitive annual salary of CA$165,000–CA$190,000 for candidates based in Canada.
