About the company

• SumUp's Point of Sale (POS) solution helps small businesses manage day-to-day operations, reporting, sales management, and fiscalisation.
• The role owns Reporting, Sales, and Fiscalisation domains from a design perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across Reporting, Fiscalisation, and Sales domains, from discovery to production-ready delivery.
• Drive unification of reporting experiences across Dashboard and Mobile.
• Design holistic flows including sign-up, onboarding, and export experiences meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Establish UX patterns for presenting data-heavy financial information consistently.
• Shape long-term product strategy through discovery initiatives and roadmap influence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a Product Designer with end-to-end ownership portfolio.
• Solid experience designing dashboards, reporting interfaces, or analytics products.
• Deep expertise in product design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
• Track record of leading product discovery independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Proficient in Figma, familiar with Miro and Notion.
