An international commodities trader with offices in Moscow, UAE and Singapore is expanding the operations of its Moscow office.
Responsibilities
- Manage select customer and supplier relationships, profitably selling and sourcing commodities of different classes.
- Identify and onboard new customers and suppliers, expanding the company’s trading networks.
- Negotiate purchase and sale contracts with suppliers and buyers according to the company's risk management policy.
- Contribute to the analysis of global supply and demand to identify and define trading strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely deal execution.
- Contribute to supply chain development.
- Represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- University degree in International Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience as a physical trader or in commercially oriented operations positions.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Risk/reward mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Conditions
- Competitive fixed salary and bonus.
- Monthly salary: 500,000–700,000 RUB.
- Full-time, office-based role in Moscow.
