Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices using Meraki Dashboard and APIs.
• Troubleshoot office network issues: Wi-Fi, switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, connectivity.
• Manage ISP relationships: circuit procurement, installs, renewals, SLAs, outage escalation.
• Plan and execute office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities and Security.
• Design, deploy, and operate Zero Trust and network security infrastructure (Cloudflare Zero Trust/WARP, VPN, firewall policy).
• Monitor network health and capacity, respond to incidents, drive root cause fixes.
• Deploy and administer enterprise AI platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Claude) including configuration, integrations, usage monitoring.
• Build AI-powered automations and enforce AI usage controls (DLP, audit logging, access policies).
• Build integrations and automation using scripts and APIs; participate in global on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, firewall).
• Hands-on experience managing Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with ISPs and carriers, circuit management, outage escalation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms (Gemini, Claude).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or JavaScript; experience building against REST APIs.
• Understanding of data security principles for AI usage (data classification, DLP, least privilege).
• Bonus: Cisco Meraki CMNA, CCNA/Network+, SD-WAN, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Terraform, Ansible, n8n.
