Own the design, build-out, and ongoing maintenance of compliance program
Serve as owner of compliance policies
Partner with Regulatory Legal on regulator engagement
Own the compliance controls framework
Define the testing and monitoring program
Present compliance program status to leadership
Требования
Experience building or running a compliance program
Hands-on experience operationalizing a complex regulatory regime
Strong written and verbal communication skills
