Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain multi-vendor enterprise network environments.
• Provide 24/7 network operations support and resolve incidents.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, Cisco ISR routers.
• Apply networking fundamentals: ARP, MAC tables, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, NAT.
• Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Configure network security devices including Cisco ASA, FTD, FMC.
• Manage firewall rules, security policies, IPsec/SSL VPNs, high-availability configurations.
• Handle escalated and high-severity incidents.
• Coordinate with ISPs, clients, and onsite teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in multi-vendor enterprise networking.
• Advanced expertise in routing, switching, network security, LAN/WAN.
• Strong experience with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus switches, ISR routers.
• Experience with Cisco ASA, FTD, FMC firewalls, VPNs, HA configurations.
• Experience with international clients across North America, Europe, APAC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CCNA or CCNP desirable.
• SDN/SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, Versa) is an advantage.
