Responsibilities
Build and maintain data models, datasets and automations that power retention and activation initiatives across Brazil, Latin America and the US
Own and continuously improve critical data pipelines, improving reliability, testing, monitoring and documentation over time
Take ownership of recurring data processes, identifying and implementing ways to automate or simplify manual work
Partner with Operations analysts and stakeholders across Brazil, Latin America and the US to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
Define and maintain business KPIs, keeping metrics consistent, reliable and clearly defined
Design and evolve dashboards that give stakeholders timely, decision-ready insights
Requirements
Strong command of SQL, with a proven ability to write, optimise and review complex queries for analytical modelling
Solid experience building and maintaining analytical datasets and transformation pipelines, ideally using dbt or a similar framework
Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift, and established use of Git in a collaborative development workflow
Strong root-cause analysis skills
Ability to design and build dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar tools
Ability to translate business needs from non-technical stakeholders into clear data requirements
Advanced proficiency in English
