Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering high technical quality and impact via APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems.
• Recruit, hire, scale, and develop a team of engineers.
• Execute cross-functionally with leadership, product teams, infra teams, and risk strategists.
• Be actively involved in strategic direction and platform decisions impacting Stripe and its customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of engineering management experience.
• Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent.

Conditions

• Hybrid work: office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of the month in their local office or with users.
• Available in an office or a remote location (35+ miles from a Stripe office).
• Annual US base salary range: $258,600 - $387,800.
