Readymag is a design tool for creating websites, landing pages, portfolios, magazines, editorials, and presentations. We’re a fully distributed team with a strong international user community and client-oriented service.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with developers, designers, and other product stakeholders throughout the development process—from requirements and design to implementation and release—to identify risks early and ensure product quality.
- Review business and technical documentation to spot gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks, making sure requirements are clear, complete, and testable.
- Manually test complex features and user flows.
- Define and refine acceptance criteria and edge cases together with the team.
- Write clear, actionable bug reports and maintain test documentation.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of software testing experience, with a strong focus on web applications and UI/UX validation, plus hands-on experience testing payment flows.
- A solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with shift-left testing, including early involvement in reviewing requirements, validating designs, and identifying potential risks.
- Experience creating test documentation, including user scenario-based checklists and clear, well-structured bug reports.
- A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools.
- An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a startup environment with evolving documentation both independently and collaboratively while taking ownership and showing initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
