Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - AI & Automation - EviCore based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives focused on AI, automation, workflow transformation, decision automation, and related technologies that improve healthcare operations and utilization management.
- Partner with clinical, business, operations, engineering, and data science teams to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to increase automation, reduce manual intervention, improve accuracy, and accelerate cycle times.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and governance stakeholders to ensure products meet regulatory, audit, security, and responsible AI requirements.
- Translate complex user and business needs into clearly defined product requirements and validate solutions against desired outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional product delivery, including translating requirements into features and user stories, managing and refining the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and guiding agile execution.
- Support deployment, adoption, scaling, and continuous optimization of AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, user feedback, operational performance, financial outcomes, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support responsible AI practices through performance monitoring, explainability, bias mitigation, model governance, and ongoing optimization.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, roadmaps, progress, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Help evolve product management standards, governance processes, and delivery practices across the broader AI and automation portfolio.
- Drive transformation and operational modernization initiatives while balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, project management, product operations, or a related leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one of the following: AI/ML products, Generative AI solutions, workflow automation platforms, business rules engines, decision automation, RPA, intelligent document processing, or similar technologies.
- Strong product management skills, including requirements definition, prioritization, backlog management, agile delivery, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively with executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives, navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating across technical and non-technical functions.
- Experience defining product KPIs and measuring operational, user, and financial outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate complex business and user problems into practical, scalable product solutions.
- A Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical education is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare automation, payer operations, utilization management, clinical workflows, or related healthcare environments is highly desirable.
- Experience building AI and automation products within highly regulated industries is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation, automation, or operational modernization programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, and AI-powered healthcare applications is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model governance, responsible AI, and automation lifecycle management is beneficial.
- Experience with cloud-based AI and automation platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
- Experience with process mining, workflow optimization, or straight-through processing initiatives is an advantage.
- For remote work, access to a cable broadband or fiber-optic internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload is required.
Conditions
- Annual salary: $113,200–$188,600, depending on experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
