About the role
Hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a small senior Kimchi design team. Users are engineers and platform teams making infrastructure and budget decisions.
Location-specific: accepting applications from candidates residing in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine.
Requirements
A portfolio or case study showing senior-level design work on developer tools, AI/LLM products, coding agents, or other technical, data-heavy SaaS platforms.
A track record of owning research end-to-end and using it to influence product direction.
Comfort working directly with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to operate with a strong point of view under ambiguity.
Experience designing for technical, engineering-savvy users.
Strong async communication.
Nice to have
Experience designing CLI or terminal-based interfaces.
Familiarity with desktop app design.
Experience presenting design and research findings directly to executive stakeholders.
