Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engineering Managers and approximately 35 engineers.
Drive the delivery of high-quality mobile experiences across multiple products.
Develop a multi-product mobile strategy in partnership with Product and Design leaders.
Own relationships across the organization, managing up and out to advocate for the Mobile Group.
Serve as a senior leader at the Warsaw site.
Requirements
Several years of experience managing people managers and being accountable for a sizable engineering organization (30+ engineers).
Recent, hands-on experience shipping mobile applications.
Thrive in high-complexity environments and balance competing priorities.
Fast and curious learner.
Low ego and comfortable diving into technical and product details.
Conditions
Based in Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
Contract of Employment (UoP).
Base salary range: 54,000 - 64,000 PLN gross per month.
