This leadership role will shape product marketing strategy across a portfolio of decision-support, analytics, and emerging AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market standards across a portfolio of decision-support, analytics, and AI products.
- Develop differentiated market narratives that clearly communicate product value, customer outcomes, competitive advantages, and strategic positioning.
- Lead the competitive intelligence and market analysis program, translating market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Product Management leadership to incorporate market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive insights, and emerging trends into product roadmap decisions.
- Own pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with Sales and Finance, supporting effective product tiering and commercial positioning.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for major product releases, coordinating launches, release operations, campaign timing, and cross-functional readiness.
- Partner with Demand Generation to align product launches with campaigns and broader pipeline-generation initiatives.
- Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams with effective battlecards, training, messaging, presentations, and other enablement resources.
- Partner with Customer Success to develop adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Use customer feedback, product usage, and adoption data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen growth.
- Manage, coach, and develop product marketers supporting multiple products and emerging AI initiatives.
- Establish clear objectives, standards, and development plans that strengthen product marketing capabilities and team performance.
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure consistent execution and measurable business impact.
- Monitor launch performance, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, adoption, retention, and expansion to continuously improve product marketing strategy.
- Provide strategic leadership on product marketing priorities while fostering a high-growth, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 3 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Proven experience developing and executing B2B product marketing strategies, ideally within SaaS, analytics, risk management, simulation, decision-support, or related technology environments.
- Strong track record of leading successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and market positioning initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience developing differentiated positioning and messaging for sophisticated technical or enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of competitive intelligence, market analysis, customer insights, and their application to product and business strategy.
- Experience partnering with Product Management to incorporate market intelligence and customer needs into product roadmaps.
- Experience supporting or leading pricing and packaging initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence Product, Sales, Finance, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer-facing narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop product marketing professionals while establishing clear standards and expectations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect product marketing initiatives to pipeline, revenue, adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to complete a cognitive aptitude assessment as part of the hiring process.
- Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
