Organizational Design & Talent Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design for an AI-enabled workforce, integrating AI workflows and human-AI collaboration
• Shape operating models, workflow design, decision-rights architecture, and team interfaces
• Support strategic workforce planning translating business strategy into capability requirements
• Lead enterprise Organizational & Talent Reviews (OTRs)
• Drive talent segmentation, critical role identification, and succession planning
• Evolve the Justworks Career Journey (JCJ) framework to skills- and capability-based architecture
• Own performance management strategy and execution, including goal-setting and calibration
• Leverage talent analytics and workforce insights for data-informed decisions
• Serve as strategic organizational effectiveness consultant to leaders

Requirements

• Experience in organizational design, talent management, and performance management
• Understanding of AI-enabled ways of working
• Strong analytical and consulting skills
• Experience with talent analytics and workforce planning
