Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for Consumer Apps teams (specifically BeReal)
- Proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy
- Cultivate employee candidate referral relationships and process
- Dynamically source passive talent through sourcing tools and creative methods
- Ensure top-notch candidate experience and positive employer brand
- Partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
Requirements
- +4 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Familiar with fast-paced environment with big ambition
- Ability to build a true business partnership
- Great analytical and organizational skills
- Curious and business-oriented
- Fluent in English and French
