Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic systems that become an integral part of our global SaaS products.
- Develop LLM-powered services and multi-agent architectures, enabling models, tools, and data sources to work together across complex workflows.
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy open-source LLMs and transformer-based models, including use cases such as intelligent search, entity resolution, information extraction, and document understanding.
- Design and operate RAG pipelines and AI services using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI solutions—from experimentation and model selection to deployment, monitoring, optimization, and production operation.
Requirements
- Strong background in NLP and LLM capabilities.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic systems, multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with open-source LLMs and transformer-based models.
- Experience with RAG pipelines.
Conditions
- Based in Mannheim.
- Hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office.
